Population 436

[Elder]

This is barely a horror flick, more like supernatural thriller in a way but I had it in my Netflix queue for ages and finally got around to watching it recently.

Basic premise is a small town has had the same population (436) for the past 100 years so a dude from the census bureau goes to check it out.

Was a little slow in parts but was overall okay. Anyone else check this mutha?

There was a time when you didn't used to see kids get harmed or die in movies but I guess that is changing.

Fred Durst is a bit of a waste tho.

Good flick in ways it seems to be similar to The Wickerman to me.

Ya watched it a couple years ago when it came to DVD. Also got it from Netflix.
Pretty good movie in all. I can see the similarity to the Wickerman. Was surprised with Fred Durst, he proved to be a decent actor. I might have to watch this one again to refresh my memory. Luckily I copied it when I rented it so maybe I'll put this on when I get back home in a couple weeks.
