I just watched this movie and I didn't think it was as good as some people made it out to be. I found myself getting bored with it.

It also didn't disturb me at all and I'm yet to find a movie that can.

I wouldn't call the movie very disturbing, it's more an artistic film with some disturbing elements. Sure there are fucked up things. Never watch movies to get disturbed, it's not even fun to try anymore.

    Exactly.

The movie is quite excellent regardless of what you think of it, simply because it's more than just a cheap shock film, it actually has a purpose and meaning.

I can't imagine a bigger waste of time than watching movies simply to be disturbed by them. If all you're looking for is cheap shock, then you're probably best just watching fetish movies and execution footage.

I thought the movie was good and had a purpose, etc etc, but I don't know, it didn't appeal to me.

I don't watch films just to try to be disturbed by them, it's just every film I've watched, where people say it's so bad...I don't think it's bad at all.

I have to download August Underground Mordum as well.

This was a blind buy for me as i didn't know anything about it. All I knew was some of my good friends here had seen and liked it. Was a really worthwhile purchase. Found it deep and made me contemplate certain things.

I just wanted to comment on the pure brilliance of this film. I have only recently watched it, and I found myself completely entranced.
I don't know if it was the somewhat poetic dialogue, the thought-provoking segments of the film, or trying to figure out the symbolic meaning behind the scenes that kept me in interested, but it is definitely a work of horror art.

I only liked the cool eye scene during the beginning of it.

Such are the kinds of movies that I enjoy most, when horror takes the form of art, when there is something in it that stimulates you emotionally or intellectually, unfortunately as time goes on, this kind of movies are becoming more scarce, but is pleasant surprise when we stumbled upon a movie like this, when a movie lets us immerse ourselves in it.
