New Blade trilogy

This time is going to be Deacon Frost story.

While I really did enjoy Stephen Dorff’s villainous performance in Stephen Norrington’s Blade, I never found myself wishing we’d gotten to know more about him. That might be changing soon, however, as the powers that be are thinking about resurrecting the Deacon Frost character for his own prequel trilogy!

Sunday Mail got the skinny straight from the actor’s mouth: “It will be a prequel to the Blade movies, Deacon's story. It's a new trilogy the director has created. It will cool. We hope to shoot the first film next year. Frost is a character I have never been able to shake."

Let’s just file this in the “I’ll believe it when I see it” drawer for now.

could be good....Maybe. Personally thought the others were shit. They were fantasy action films and being a fan of the character Blade is fine, but should have been more horror based IMO. So we'll see.

I ain't sure about any movie that they base off of books and comics anymore... They are screwing a lot of things up because they want to make it more marketable to wider audiences.... Hollywood blows sometimes...

The original Blade flicks were so-so IMO. I don't see any need for this either.

But here's the thing about Frost...he was practicly a nobody before the events in Blade(bit blurry on the details here so don't kill me if i got some things wrong)...sure he was some badass uprising vampire but he killed the elders and became the blood God in the first blade movie,not before!I honestly don't know where are they going with this one...
