Because Clive Barker was really disappointed of how the film turned out, which led him to want to make Hellraiser.

But back on topic, here's some of my fav's:

The Devils Rejects - Even though its already been said by nearly everyone, I still really think it was a GREAT ending.

Resident Evil - Before any of the sequels were even mentioned, the ending used to get me excited that the 2nd movie would be EXTREMELY close to the game story, but that feeling didn't last. Still I really dig the ending.

Hellraiser 2: Hellbound - Need I say more?

Friday The 13th - Great ending with Jason leaping out of the lake.

The Thing - My favorite horror movie, so I gotta put it on the list.

Graveyard Shift - One of the best Stephen King movies IMO.

Army Of Darkness - Not TRULY horror, but you have to love the ending "hail to the king baby"
