Movie was actually kinda decent, fairly entertaining if ur looking for a popcorn movie or to kill almost 2hrs.

I'm certain just by judging the TV spots that Ray Park is the only thing worth liking about the movie.

i liked it....always wanted this sense i was very young, didnt take it serious and just expected a popcorn flick which is what it was....it also had everything i wanted

Fraser was supposed to be Gung Ho from everything I read and the interview he did about it. Did they not say his name in the movie?

I just dont like the idea this looks nothing like GI JOE like I said before. The excelerator suits? I mean thats just retarded and not GI JOE at all. Everytime somebody jumped or flipped around in the previews it was a CGI person. "cobra Commander" is not even cobra commander from what ive seen. He's some guy called The Doctor. The Baroness doesn't even speak in a russian accent in the trailers. You don't even know that Destro is Destro in the trailer. The Cobra troops don't even resemble the ones from the toyline, cartoons and comics. It just doesn't at all scream GI Joe to me.

It's a new version of GI joe. Why you think they have the toys now at target. Same thing with Transformers.

Is it true there's some kind of tie in or reference to Transformers? Could just be a rumor, but they're both Paramount and Hasbro, so it's possible.

Well the movie only made about $54 Million opening weekend, which for a $170 million movie I would think is pretty low considering Transformers 2 made twice that opening weekend. Either way if they didn't have G.I. Joe title on the movie I wouldn't think its G.I. Joe. If Attack Of The Show does one Epic Fail for the entire year, this should be it. I'll wait until it hits the $2 theater.
