Actually, I thought the first was quite entertaining. However, no sequel is needed. It work well enough as a standalone flick. A prequel explaining the origis is even worse of a concept.

its not a first its a remake of a very good cult movie...and didnt really follow the original at all

great movie. I wouldn't mind watching more death races as long as they changed things around, don't really wanna see the same movie AGAIN. But like I said theres nothing wrong with more death races. Then again they talked about how it evolved into deathraces. it wasn't races in the beginning I dont think. They should go with a more gladiator type theme with this one.
