I'm a Rob Zombie supporter. All his movies were good. House of 1000 Corpses was awesome, The Devil's Rejects was amazing and I only have seen Halloween once. I remember it being good, but not something I'd keep watching. But, my point is that, in my opinion, he never disappoints. I'll see the flick with an open mind, but if gets on that horse, I'm walking out of the theater.
