This turned out to be a surprisingly good movie; very similar to the excellent modern-day noir detective drama Brick, although not as serious. This movie was more comedic than it was dramatic, which was fine since the comedy bits worked for the most part.
The flick follows a writer for the high school paper, who is enlisted to solve the mystery behind who stole the school SAT exams. He solves the mystery (or at least thought he did), but soon realizes that the conspiracy goes far deeper than he had ever imaged.
Good flick with interesting characters. Loved the modern-day noir detective aspect and narration. Worth a check, especially if you liked Brick. :thumbup3:
