Nobody knows exactly how bad Mikey really is, until tragic and deadly "accidents" seem to happen all around him. Instead he is sent from foster family to foster family leaving a trail of unanswered questions behind him..
Mikey is a horror film released in 1992. The film centers around the character of Mikey, a young boy who is adopted by a family after his original parents die. However Mikey may not be the darling child they expected. Mikey turns out to be a murderous psychopath who hides his true intentions and by the end of the film he murders all but two of the principle cast then fakes his death so that no one would find him, only to be adopted by another family.
MiKeY is a psycho kid on the prowl for the perfect doting family who will love him and only him until he gets bored of them and moves on to some new victims. The film starts with cute little Mikey offing his current foster family members by drowning, electrocution and a good old fashioned bash in the head! Cherubic looking Mikey blames the ghastly murder on an “intruder” and happily moves on to his next foster home.
This movie Really is just pure creepy. To actually see what a Deranged child can actually get away with. Brian Bonsall really did an awesome job playing a Bored psycho kid and only being 11 year old. Sad he didnt do much with his life. Mikey also has a very young Josie Bissett, who plays the psycho Mikey's much older love interest. For its time it was unique and quite creepy. Great movie, costly movie to find though, a bit expensive, but Owell it was a must have for me. Has anyone else seen this?It is sad this kid didnt grow up to be what he wanted and instead is in and out of jail all the time. Maybe playing Mikey in this movie had lasting effects on this kid What do you think?
