The Tournament (2009)

Pretty sweet no-brainer action flick. Basically like a cross between Battle Royale and Wanted. Some good action, cool characters and a surprisingly large amount of gore, which is always a plus for me, especially when it comes to action flicks. Worth a check 7/10

Not a bad movie. A little slow at first and somewhat cliched, but it made that up with suprisingly top-notch action sequences (the bus/truck chase comes to mind), good fight scenes, and kickass, mostly non-CGI violence and gore. I agree; a 7 is about right.

It caught my interest when i either found out either via netflix or one of those various dvd info site's and then added it to my queue not that long ago.
