Dunno if anyone has mentioned this, but recently I saw Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer and I was visibly upset after the scene where he is filming himself torture a couple in their living room, and their little boy came home. I was fine with the torture, but when he jumped on the boy and immediately snapped his neck, I started to feel sick.
Of course, this is less of a horror film and more of an art film to reflect society, so it's not like they made the scene for entertainment.

Yeah thats one part of a movie that is very disturbing. I love the film just that part seems to make my stomach turn and I have to cover my eyes..Not many movies do that to me.

That used to bother me about 15 yrs ago. I just watched it a couple months
back and it did not even stir me in the least. The only thing that is gross to me is puking and shitting in movies.

Yeah I can see that from this one..none of the scenes made my stomach flip but the ending left me wanting to throw a spear threw the screen. Thank goodness for Margaritas.

Now you see I went though that and I cannot sit and watch a scene with it in it. I made my husband fast forward through the rape scenes just due to the fact that I feel like... Like I am dirty again. It is hard to explain but there are some things I can sit and watch like a guy having his organs ripped out his ass and not do anything but laugh but to see a rape makes me want to go to a room and lock the door and hide in a closet.

That's definately a different situation and no one should hack you for not being able to watch such a thing. I haven't experienced any such horrors nor do i know anyone face to face who has (that i know of). My anger is more due to my upbringing. Mom and Dad have strong feelings about abuse and sexual crimes and they past that on to their kids. The thought of such things makes me want to see assholes who can perpetrate such things suffer horribly before having their lives smashed out of them. I take no pleasure in the actions seen in these films, just pulls me more into the movie because now i have more of a reason to watch the villains die.
Certainly these images can't be seen by everyone and those who can't (whatever their reasons may be) should not be ridiculed.

I've never gotten physically ill during a film, but I have seen a few that made me cringe.

Dead Alive...the custard scene...and doesn't she lose her ear too? It's been a while since I watched it.

Blood Sucking Freaks: the brain-sucking sequence....I won't elaborate.

Cannibal Holocaust: the animal deaths.

Anything involving teeth being yanked out, eyes, fingers/toes and nipples bothers me....I can sit through it but I will cringe.

As far as the killing of children in films is concerned, as long as it's done tastefully, I can handle it. Like High Tension, where it isn't seen, but you know what just happened. That scene from Feast 2 was trying way too hard to be outlandish and shocking, and fell on its face...no pun intended. I watched the clip and was like WTF?! That was just retarded...why the fuck did he throw the kid up in the air?! I have a two-year-old nephew that I would kill for, but sometimes in movies, it makes more sense for the killer/monster to take out the kid...otherwise, how evil is he/she/it really? I don't know, just my two cents.

Ahhhh your right, to a certain degree. Like you said just do it tastefully. I love when Im shocked by a movie. Love it!!!!! but difference in being shocked and being made sick. So yeah I mean ok like the movie The Children. Those children being Slaughtered like they were made me go Oh yeah, but then in movies like the The Feast 2 Im like WTF. I think its the base line of the movie and what fits and makes it and what is so far out there that it ruins it

Feast Trilogy is awesome....just because you saw something different..like that scene above(which shocked the hell out of me) doesn't mean you should turn it off. Those films made me laugh...with gore...winner winner bloody dinner!
