Talk about digging into the past. I made a second horror list showdown with this issue of Bthroughz. I like some of the ones I made. I could see some on D2D form.

Godzilla vs Gamera...are you kidding, Godzilla would pound that sissy turtle into mush, Gamera is too much of a human lover to stand a chance.

Nemesis vs Berkin...a silly matchup but I'll say nemesis since if i remember right the only way they killed him was by having the city hit with an atomic bomb...way more badass than Berkin

Pinhead vs Candyman...a better match would be Freddy and Candyman, but Pinhead dominates in this one

Carrie vs Silent hill...Carrie got killed by a knife, pyramid head has a big knife

Lost boys vs RotLD3 chick...well this is more vamps vs zombies or it would turn into it at least, the real question is if a vamp is bitten by a zombie what happens? I don't know but it would be a bloody good mess with the vamps literally ripping zombies in half

Sawyers vs Fireflys...tough call but I do know this much: Choptop > Otis in the battle of the Moseleys Choptop gets my pick. Also Sheri gives me wood and the rest of the Sawyers (except Leatherface) are worthless so I'll go with the Fireflys

Chucky vs Leprechaun...voodoo vs Celtic Magic...as 1/2 an Irishman I've got to give it to my boy Warwick Davis

Wolfman vs Creature...great matchup not sure if it ever happened on film but this one could go either way...however knowing how the "human" always wins in a film wolfy would definitely get it...but on the mean streets/sewers I'd like to think the Creature would kick wolfman in the nards then steal his girlfriend

And Sawyers vs Firefly Clan?? Leatherface for the win, all the way. Especially if we're talking extended family here- TCM 3 fam- Let me say Tex and Tink would doubleteam Otis and RJ outright, swamp fever style. Anything left is fair game for leatherface, with Alfredo skull-fucking Baby.

I menchioned orriginally that both Gamer and Godzilla I was using was the Heisei version of both. Even die hard godzilla fans have admitted to loving the Heisei Gamera. I think Jamie who runs the site sends it to to someone else to clean up my work (which at times really needs it) so that detale got lost in translation.

Carrie and the Demons of Silent Hill? The demons all the way. The humans that could help her wouldn't be of much help against demons.
I like the match up of The Firefly Family and Leatherface with his family. Hmm, I love Leatherface but most of his family wouldn't be much help and all of the Firefly Family is crazy. I don't know that's why no one wins in versus movies, it's too hard. And no one wants to piss off any fans.

people can bitch about vs movies all the want, majority of them would go watch them anyway. I miss the old "house of frankenstein" style flicks where they threw in a bunch of different characters. I wanted a sequal to freddy vs jason. I think Leprechaun vs Chucky wouild make me laugh my ass off. Michael versus Pinhead I would have liked to have seen. Some of them really work in comic book form. They should do more of that. I'd love to see the silent killers michale and jason staring at each other. The Freddy Vs Jason Vs Ash in comic book form was great (the first one anyway). And that Godzilla vs Gamera is something I'd love to see. Although the giant turtle is in my sig, I'd be pulling for the original G.

I loved the comic showdown of Leatherface vs Jason once upon a time, if done right it wouldve made an awesome film adaption- much like the more recent Freddy vs Jason vs Ash comics, ohhhhhh shit were those good
