Instead of writing down my opinions yet another time (and yes, I do have to comment each time this is brought up), I'll just quote part of my review of it on Film Bizarro:


"Unless you are totally new to the underground extreme genre, you won't be shocked or surprised. People have been saying that "Slaughtered Vomit Dolls" is giving "August Underground's Mordum" a run for it's money, but that's bullshit. Lucifer Valentine 666's debut film is a huge let down and why people are still talking about this snoozefest is beyond me. Instead of calling this man sick genius for making films that involves vomiting and gore, I'm gonna call him a loser who's only claim to fame is making full length films that features desperate attempts at shock."

i don't want any success or anything at all -- i know that can be a hard concept for people to grasp at first, but, i DON'T WANT ANYTHING. there is absolutely nothing that this world of material and human dysfunction has that appeals to me on any level, and i certainly don't care if i'm part of any "community", but i do feel that i have every right to express myself on any subject, especially in a public forum about horror/gore movies, a subject that i can surely speak about.

i don't make films so people will like them or like me, its just who i am, i have been filming my little sister and my friends for my entire life so filming for me is as natural as breathing, it's not something i try really hard at, i'm not trying to "make it" as a filmmaker like you seem to think, i am a artist and i make art because that's who i am and i like it -- it has nothing to do with anyone else or anything else -- believe it or not, it is possible for people to do things without petty aspirations and vain ambition, i just literally do anything i feel like and film it if i want for the pure enjoyment of it.

If you don't want anyone's approval, why do you bother going to countless message boards and advertise your stupid shit as if you have some right to do so? You just make films just to make them? Well that's great; keep them apart of you home movie collection and stop trying to SELL THEM. You clearly want some success if you're going to popular websites and try to sell your shit.

And if you're an artist, then I guess can go film a homeless shit his pants and piss all over himself and call it expressionism.

i go to message boards because i feel like it, i actually enjoying reading about and talking about movies, music, art etc and i don't really need a reason to do anything its a free country man . . . i will absolutely sell my movies or anything i want for that matter, again dude, i have just as many rights as you or anyone on this planet.
