Seeing GWAR tonight!

Can't fucking wait!!! It'll be my 5th time seeing them live; they're a band I can see every time they come to town. Regardless of what you think of the quality of their music, every metalhead should see a live show at least once.

I think Job For A Cowboy is opening for them. Never seen those guys, but heard a lot of buzz about them. I guess they're Deathcore? Bah, Deathcore is horrible IMO...so I can't exactly say that I'm excited for them.

GWAR is the only band I can think of where I could go to 10 of their live shows and never be bored. Every time they come, I get this fuzzy "christmas morning" feeling of anticipation. lol

Job for a Cowboy is fucking atrocious. I hate deathcore, but I have never seen GWAR. Every time they come to chicago I somehow miss them or don't like to see the bands they're with.

Mrs. WarBeast and I usually catch them at least once a year.. I have a basement full of "Gwar-dyed" shirts... Gwar concerts make me feel frisky and mean like a pit-bull pup..

Cosmic mofos don't have any tour-dates set for around here yet though...

As far as any band playing with Gwar is concerned, be they opening or headlining the show, it doesn't matter... it's all about GWAR.. no one goes to see the show for any other band but GWWWAAARRRR!!!!
