I saw the book at the store a few months ago and could not stop laughing. Zombies were the BEST thing to ever happen to a book I absolutely hated. And now a movie. Can't say I'm totally convinced, but it's Natalie freakin' Portman.

To be kind, the book is overrated garbage. In my opinion of course.

Finally watched the movie recently and found it pretty boring. There are spurts of decent action here and there, but it has some serious pacing issues overall. This is especially a problem whenever they're not dealing with zombies because of this shitty romance aspect that doesn't really blend well with everything else that's going on. I honestly didn't care about any of the characters or the forced drama/romance that was in the movie. I'd give it a 5/10![]()
