If I had to choose... I would want someone to take the concept behind that crappy game they made, that took place after the events of the movie, and revamp it into a sequal script. Truthfully, I wouldn't want them to touch the thing. Its special effects are one of its most loved features, a new entry would be so saturated with CGI work that it would only hurt the original.
