Show is a lot better now that they are out of the prison. The last two episodes have been the best this season so far, hopefully they will keep them out on the run moving from place to place rather then settling in another location for a long period of time.

Was anyone else kinda annoyed by Beth's narration in the opening of the latest ep? I dunno if it's just me, but I just find her character so pointless and uninteresting. The actress herself isn't all that great either.

The narration just kinda went on wayyy too long which showcased her not-so-great acting compared to the other cast and yes "Let's go tracking in the dark!", aside from that, very solid.

I'm glad they threw Carol together with Tyrese, maybe now after some bonding time he won't want to murderize her when he knows the truth

I enjoyed the narration because it was the first time we've gotten it from someone other than Rick. With Rick it was the walkie all the way back in Season 1/beginning of 2, with Beth a diary about the events starting the previous season.

Regarding the acting...man IDK...not saying Emily Kinney is a world beater or anything. I think she's a musician by trait, a blah one at that.

Point being...

I think pretty much everyone on this show has sounded forced at one time or another, some many times over. It's one of the flaws of the show.

The dialogue always flows up/down. At times delivered with precision, at times outright terrible.

Another good ep, in my opinion. Still a fan of the whole scavenging thing and the tension with Rick was pretty solid. Not sure how I feel about Abraham just yet, but I'm pretty certain that the "scientist" that's accompanying him is a robot And that latin' chick is hot

Looks like next week will mostly follow Daryl and POS Beth.

And noisy. How no other heavy hitters heard the Rick/POS bandit scuffle is beyond me. Even Helen Keller woulda picked up on that action.

But then again the two dudes did fight it out over a bed earlier on and nobody went to check that out. My guess is it's not uncommon for a lot of noise and commotion to be heard during their usual raids. They seemed pretty damn wreckless from the start anyway. Either way
