Loved this week's episode. This show has finally turned into everything I hoped for from the very beginning. Counting the minutes to the season finale.

Wish the finale was atleast an hour and half.

I think Talking Dead will air directly after the show. Not sure if that gets bumped up to an hour or not though.
Kirkman is supposed to be on though so it should be worth a watch. I don't have much of a problem with the talk show.

Regarding the finale.
I sorta feel like this will be the final casualty list for the survivors before the end.
Rick's Group
Carol
Hershel's family
Hershel
Patricia
The stepson Jason (might have the name wrong)
Beth
I just sorta feel like Hershel's family will be expendable. With the exception of Hershel himself, Maggie and Beth for one episode. We never really got a chance to build on them and with that said they serve walker fodder. Hershel will be the big loss overall. He became likeable in the second half of the season and certainly seems to have a background in military/combat. His loss will probably be undervalued also as a doctor as well.
Carol I feel will be the odd one out in Rick's group. With Sophia long gone, Daryl sort of pulling a heel turn on her and general apathy the group displays towards her especially Carl recently. It would not surprise me if she gives herself to the Walkers without resistance.

Bullet to the head/bludgeon to the head/destruction of the head overrides the whole coming back process.
Dying from any means that doesn't result in destruction of the brain results in resurrection.
Annnnnddddd as Jenner said in the season 1 finale in the CDC facility.
Resurrection times VARY anywhere from a few minutes to several hours
Examples
Amy dies at night - turns the next day
Randall dies - unconfirmed resurrection, could have been hours since he was killed during the day
Shane - came back within minutes

not sure if I'll bother with getting the second season on dvd. One possibly two incredible episodes floating in a sea of bad to mediocre episodes.
Like, so many people out there were trying to track this down. And it just...got delivered on a tweet. What the hell.

Cracking episode.
It's clear though, that EVERYONE is infected, and it only activates once they die - Shane's wee episode with the walker flashback things.. (sorry if posted before)
Also, I'm assuming that all those walkers, were that other group of bad ass' that "Spike Boy" came from ? Can't see how there would be so many so close to the farm otherwise.
Next week will be awesome

Finally got around to watching the last two episodes. I really did enjoy them. As sad as I was to see Dale go at least they had him bringing up the question of where the line should be drawn with killing. And I have been waiting for Shane to die. I am seeing the beginning of a few issues and concepts that have always been awesome about the comics and I hope they get explored again. It was so refreshing to be off the love triangle.

They did bring up them living outside would attract walkers. The gunshots probably helped the hoard along.

Could be the same herd that passed them on the highway in the first episode only with more in the group.
The cattle as mentioned by Maggie also would attract the Walkers. When Shane, T-dog, Daryl and Andrea were killing the random field walkers. Some of them were working over cattle.
Combined with all the gunshots.
- The barn massacre/Sophia discovery
- The training session that had to be somewhere close by
- The shot that killed Dale
- The shot by Shane followed by Carl's shot would be the final alert of sorts

I'd have to watch the last episode over again to be a little more certain of what was said, but while they were moving everyone inside the house it was mentioned that the creek / river bed was drying up. Possibility of making it easier access to the farm / house . It seemed like they were pulling walkers out of those muddy banks quite often, so they're probably massed on the other side just aching to get across to fresh meat.
