the thorn shit came out of no where at the end of halloween 5 i believe. The thorn story line was stupid but they had to do something with it, so i felt the producers cut did the best they could do dealing with an already set up shitty story line. I don't get why they dove into that supernatural shit, i mean how hard is it to fuck up Halloween? Just have a masked guy killing people, THATS IT, we don't need a supernatural explanation!

Both of them are terrible. I prefer the producer's cut though cause it flows better and explains what happened at the end of part 5
