looks like the rumors are true, he's actually reading for the part. Doesn't mean he'll get it but wow. I DO NOT see him as Cap. I love him as Jim in the office, but cap? nnnnno. I could be wrong, and if he gets the part I hope I'm wrong. Cuz we'll probably see whoever gets the part as cap more than once. True they turn a geeky skinny guy into cap in the comics, but can you really see The funny geeky guy from The Office as Captain America????

Well if it's confirmed then Congrats to John Krasinski.

I can't see him as Cap, but then again most won't as all they'll see is Jim from The Office.

I'll reserve judgment when I see him in the suit and it's official.

They updated that article saying it was incorrect. Krasinski is no longer being considered.

thank god. But it looks like from those names, there going with a rather young face. Captain America is a rather commanding figure, I don't see that coming from a twilight lookalike.

Honestly if he wasn't so old now I'd say Harrison Ford could have made a great Captain America, because no actors now come to mind who could be a great Captain.
