Also known as Kill Me, I actually caught this flick over a month ago, but haven't had time to post anything about it until now. The movie isn't the most original, but it's still highly entertaining, namely thanks to its lovable lead characters and the funny situations they find themselves in.
The story centers around a badass elite hitman, who always completes a job, that is, until he receives one to kill a man in his sleep... Just before he pulls the trigger his curiosity gets the best of him and he lifts the blanket, only to discover that it's no man at all! Instead, it's the desperate woman that hired him. Apparently after losing the love of her life, she wants to kill herself and after a couple failed attempts, decides that getting someone else to do it is her only route. The only problem now is the hitman refuses to do it. This begins their strange friendship, which soon blossoms into something more.
Those open to action mixed with humor and romance will get a kick out of this Korean movie. It offers some nice comedy (some of which I actually laughed out loud to) and surprisingly good action sequences, showcasing just how badass the hitman can be. The romance aspect is actually pretty thin, and doesn't really present itself much until towards the end, so those not too keen on romances shouldn't fret. Worth a check
