Yes, and it's not really worth the time for a number of reasons.

1. It's a horror-porno and about 97% of the time those movies are shit; Manniac is no different.
2. The women are ugly. I hate to say it but it's true.
3. Ugly women having ugly sex.
4. The death scenes are pathetic. Not even a so bad its good scenario here.

5. Some of the prosthetics are good but again, the death scenes are so bad it doesn't matter.
6. And lastly; it's just a total turd.

I will say that it was better than Simona's other film Mercilessly Betrayed but that's not saying much. The director has other titles out: Cassandras Blutige Lust, Rape and Revenge, Rape and Revenge Part 2 but Manniac and Mercilessly Betrayed were so bad I never saw a reason to pursue his other titles.

If you're into these films you'll probably like it, but it's nothing special and you can pretty get the same things out of it as you do with other movies but only better.

Well you might be able to find enjoyment in it that way. I didn't find it that funny other that stupid face the character makes when he's raping one of the corpses (or raping the camera rather as you never actually see the act). Like I said I think it would be a stretch to watch it just for laughs and since that's all your going to watch it for then might as well just go for it.
