The many faces of Freddy Krueger

After watching the Nightmare on Elm Street remake a few days ago I decided to re-watch most of the older Freddy movies and I got to thinking, what movie did Freddy look the best in? Since I have all of the films on DVD I popped in each movie and took a screenshot of each and everyone of his forms from all of the movies. They are in order from left to right, I want to hear your opinions, which one do you think is the best and why?

You can also state which one is your least favorite.

Freddy's Revenge, hands down.

I have to agree with you on that one, Freddy's Revenge wasn't the best in the series but man did Freddy look awesome.

Freddy's Revenge and The Dream Child were the best for me.

He looks the best in the third, fourth, and "Freddy Vs. Jason".


I don't like how he looks in the fifth. His nose looks weird, and his overall face just appears aged.

He also gets that demonic face very briefly in "Freddy Vs. Jason". I thought that was cool.

Oh yeah! I forgot about that demon look, that was pretty bad ass. My personal faves are 2, 3 and Freddy vs Jason. Least favorite is Freddy's Dead.

Revenge and New Nightmare from what I can remember. Only seen New Nightmare once, but I remember him looking pretty awesome.

1-4 I liked his makeup. From 5 on it got too ridiculous for me. I didn't like the more demonized look in FvsJ.
