'Martyrs' is easily one of the ten best horror films of the 00's.

This is one of the flaws of 'The Horde' that really bugged the fuck out of me:

When the hostage turned zombie was shot multiple times in the body, he is then shot in the head and put down. So you think it would be obvious to the battling survivors that the way to kill zombies is a head shot. But for the entire rest of the running time, they continue to fire off body shots!

Agreed, and this is a sadly common occurrence in zombie films, especially now-a-days

just checked it out, pretty good movie. Cliche shitty ending though, and the stupidity of the characters always amazes me in these movies. In the head people.....in the head.....

When she shoots the Nigerian at the end, I was hoping we would at least get to see her stupid face being eaten... she was the reason the police were there in the first place, she was HATING on all her teammates, calling the Arab guy "useless" after he gives up his own life to save them... Ughh I really couldn't stand that bitch the WHOLE way through, but I KNEW they were gonna let her live... fucking dissapointed, almost ruined the whole thing for me.

Sometimes I view this as the people in a panicked mind-set and not really relizing what they are doing. But then again they are trained police detectives so one would think they would be more alert then the average POS Mofo
