Films that take place in a House?

I'm looking for some good Horror/Thriller/Suspense films that take place mostly in one location, preferably a house. I am shooting a feature film and will only have one taping location available to me. I am seeking some much needed inspiration on how to pull such a thing off without being boring. Meaning 95% of the movie taking place in the house.

My film is about the main character being trapped in a house with a foster family that tries to kill her.

Disturbia
Panic Room
Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning
Last House on the Left (Remake)

Don't go in the House (sadistic film)

I haven't seen it but I think 'Of Unknown Origin" takes place in a house.

Not horror, but the film "Tape" takes place entirely in a motel room. Whether you'd consider it boring, depends on how much you can tolerate a talky Richard Linklater movie.
