I thought it was great............I was on my 3rd 40 the first time I watched it...............then had to watch it sober to understand WTF was going on , but overall I found it quite enjoyable

The movie is flawless. The actors are believable, the story get hooked from beginning to end. Irreversible is hard, tough, yet strangely beautiful.

With the type of music and sound effects they used to induce sickness and severe discomfort, it really make it disturbing. Especially the fire extinguisher scene.

I thought Carne, I stand alone, and Enter the void were better. I enjoyed this one, of course. The rape scene is seen as the central focus of the film, yeah I know. Interesting little factoid, the man's 'private parts' were digitally created, and added in.

I enjoyed this movie. It was a film that made me feel something. I felt uncomfortable and sickened that people can do these things. Most films that involve rape don't really affect me, but this one did. Maybe how the rape was filmed and you were forced to watch it with nothing else distracting you from the rape. I liked that it was shown backwards I thought that was a good touch. Although this isn't the most disturbing movie I have ever seen and many people were expecting more, it was still a good film.
