The Lords of Salem reviews are trickling in now and I haven't seen one positive review yet. They all say the same thing that it is a boring movie that turns into a strange almost indecipherable flick that just isn't good.

Yeah, I knew it all along. Zombie movies are usually this way. Won't waste one penny on this.

But Lords quite simply falls apart in this final third, turning surreal and somewhat silly as woman rides a goat, nuns masturbate, and a red devil dwarf commits lurid sex acts. Indeed, at times these sequences resemble an R-rated rock video from the ‘80s. And not in a good way.

Hate is a strong word and one I don't condone without proper merit. With that being said I think Zombie's films are garbage, so for me his track record speaks volumes for what I had expected of this. Seems like for myself...I was spot on.

Even Bloody Disgusting gave it a terrible review and go on to say that RZ supporters will go out of their way to back this up.

Rob Zombie sympathizers are going to eat this up, and will spend their night analyzing the finale as if it were some revelation of brilliance. It’s not. It’s just bad. The Lords of Salem could only be recommended as background visuals while you’re jamming to old school White Zombie.

Another review saying it sucks and is filmed like a rock video. Sounds just like his previous films and knocks on his directing.

By contrast, I don't have to feign the same amazement that trolls spend so much time, typing so many words, across so many pages, about people and things they claim to dislike. Who are you trying to convince? I mean, use your energy how you see fit but, come on, don't act so surprised when you're actually engaged.
