Good review FM. I'll be keeping an open mind, but at least i'll have a better idea on what i'm getting. Kind of a shame about the concensus of the flick, because there's alot of well known names in that cast.

I'm not jumping on the bandwagon of torture and putting myself through this movie. I know for a fact I will most likely turn it off and I don't have the time to waste on something I know I just will not enjoy.

If being visually striking is the only thing a movie has going for it, sorry that isn't saying much. Taking a consensus of the reviews the movie truly sucks. Fright is one of the fairest reviewers around, especially with the horror genre (obviously) and others here that I have known for a while now say the same thing.

We all disagree on movies from time to time but when the consensus of all the reviews say it is shit...it is most definitely shit. It seems that at some point someone gave RZ a pat on the back and said, wow you are a good film maker. Now he truly thinks it and churns out garbage on a consistent basis.

This flick was made for a paltry 1 mil, hopefully it doesn't make that back and nobody in the future will offer to distribute his visually stunning shit.

I enjoyed house of 1k corpses and DR but his other flicks fell short for me...I am not going to hate him completely...but I will call him inconsistant

Sheri makes me cringe...such a non talent and that fat fuck Sid is a waste....hasn't done anything interesting since Jack Hill's blaxploitation films. Love what he did with NOTLD 3-D Seems like RZ's lack of talent spreads to those around him.

I don't know if you read but I bashed this film as well.. And I do appreciate what Romero has done... But you hate on RZ so much that you want him to call it quits after all his shitty movies(which is your PoV) when most people think he did alright in ho1kc, pretty good in DR, so/so jn Haloween and followed that up with two stinkers... Call it quits after 2 stinkers then Romero and Carpenter(who is my favorite director) should call it quits because they have dropped more the two
Stinkers in a row.

And I don't need to give you a list of his not so good movies, because it is basically everything after day.

Negative... On this board alone, more people like what he has done compared to the bay Sayers... And if you want a pure Everday opinion... Look at imdb house 5.8, rejects, 6.8, Haloween 6, H2 4.8, and this a 5.8(but dropping).... Seems as if your in the minority.
