It didnt have a good idea though - it used EVERY conceivable horror-scifi film premise in it's story.

And then couldn't make it's mind up where to go with it.

Who was expecting Skyline to be more than what it was anyway. I now a movie isn't shit when they wait three weeks before the movie is release to actually release a trailer! I mean, there have been much worse films that have succeeded at the box office due to advertisments and such. Hopefully the same won't be said about Battle: Los Angeles.

last night was the last night for this movie and I was bored before work so I said what the hell I'll check this out. And im glad I did. I was suprised by this. I knew it was gonna be one of those turn your brain off kinds of movies so I went in expecing that. What I didnt expect was this not to be a clone of Independence day. I expected long round table gov't discussions or what these thing on and how to stop them. What I got was Call of Duty Modern Warfare with Aliens, which I thought was cool.
