Need help naming a zombie/infection movie

I remember watching this movie in the early 90s, and from what i remember the movie itself wasnt that old when I saw it. The only details I remember is it takes place in a hospital that was quarantined due to some outbreak/infection. The army or local government set up a perimiter outside, with the news and concerned townspeople also waiting outside to find out whats going on. I also believe there is a scene where a news crew sneaks into the hospital to get a first hand report on whats going on and eventually gets attacked by one of the infected.
I guess the story is somewhat similar to the quarantine/rec series but it was not filmed in the first person 'shaky camera" style, it was more of a traditional movie from what I remember. I've been trying to find this movie for years, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Yeah it's Warning Sign and the story is similia to 28 Days Later, considering that 28 Days Later ripped off the virus from this film, and everything else. I mean the virus is "RAGE", how much more of a ripoff can there be :2far:
