Watched Kill Bill Vol. 1 yesterday, and was looking on IMDB about Julie Dreyfus... saw she was cast in http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1521225/ I always thought they would do another one with the little girl, hope it gets done and isn't just a rumor.

oh steelba, u think everythings a waste. Like Fright said, Q always talked about how he'd like to do a third one but considering he's got this rumored western coming up and talk of a third hasn't been for awhile it could be ages before this ever happens, if it even does. I'd just put it in the maybe one day category.

Agreed, if I remember correctly I believe after KB2 he said he'd wait 10 years for dat one girl to grow up and then make part 3. 2014 would mark 10 years

Part 1 was cool, part 2 was bullcrap.

They went out on a decent note with 1 and 2. The risk of screwing it all up with a 3rd is too high.

Yeah, even though I love Tarantino and everything he does the second Kill Bill was very weak. I didn't like the fact that Michael Madson's character was a fucking hillbilly. Just kind of made no sense to me. Then the final battle was kind of weak as well. We spend two movies knowing that this epic ending battle was to occur and it happens within a minute or two.

It was too distant from the first entry, in terms of both style and pacing. I understand that he was gonna use contrasting style's, but the lack action, and overuse of dialogue was dire. One would think he'd go back to the frenetic, action, oriented Part one, if he doesn't

Still I think Taranatino's style is 80% plodding dialogue, 8% action, and 12% foot fetishism. Most of his films are dialogue heavy and lite on the action by contrast.

True, that's why Kill Bill 1 was received so well. It was very different from his usual movies. Then the second part he goes towards his usual style of dialogue and it was horrendous. I wouldn't say the entire movie was garbage, but it's my least favorite film by him
