90s, like every decade for horror, had it's good and bad. I definitely don't consider the decade inferior to the 70's or 80's. I liked the nonsense of Leprechaun and Rumplestiltskin. Final Destination and Joyride were badass.

Damn how the hell did I forget Demon Knight? I saw that in about '96 or '95 when I was 5 or 6. I love that movie.

Yeah I thought it was pretty awesome, I like a ton of older flicks, regardless of cheese. The newer films just disappoint on every level though

agreed! Something about 90's and 80's cheese...it is as if directors and writers these days have become lazy and don't want to stand out anymore(not all) but most. Fuckin remakes & regurgitated ideas...and when something is of a new concept it seems to fall short on the delivery...it is really getting sad...it seems like the bad to good ratio of movies is like 50:1

The 90s films like Scream and Urban Legend are what really got me hooked on horror since I was just a youngin' in that decade. I have a soft spot for them.
