You must watch it, but now that i've said that, you'll treat it like Black Lagoon, and never watch it

Yes please.
I think this will happenning eventually thanks to things such as World War Z and The Walking Dead etc. People like disaster and end of the world type flicks so if you can show them that a zombie film can be like this should happen. Just need a director with vision and who has a passion for Zombie fiction/films etc....and talent.

Would love to see Day of the Dead the way Romero originally intended it to be.
The original script followed to the letter.
"Wake up sucker, we're thieves and we're bad guys. That's exactly what we are."

I would have liked to of seen another Evil Dead movie made 10 years ago. Bruce is a bit too old for it now though. Thats too bad too with Sam Raimi's Spiderman movies being huge hits i'm willing to bet someone would finance it now.

If he lost the Burn Notice weight and dyed his hair again I don't think he would look that old. Slapt does make a valid point but it could also be viewed as them trying to keep it going for too long.

I haven't followed the comics, so i'm not sure how the storyline goes as far as the timeline or whatever. I know that role is a very physical one at least in part 2 it was, I just can't see Bruce at his stage in life doing it. Unless they brought in a younger actor to do the crazy stuff and let him be the older wiseman type thing.

Worst Case Scenario needs to get made..and frankly surprised with the upswing in zombie interest in the mainstream the script hasnt, at least been sold to a competent producer/director. Its no box office record breaker, for sure..and thats where the risk lies. Maybe such a high quality trailer was the kiss of death? almost too much pressure to deliver something at least 90 minutes of that quality means $$$? With higher profile shows/flicks like Walking Dead, Zombielend, and Shaun of the Dead someone has to at least open their eyes to read the script.
The Dark Tower series is another, and in production or prepoduction (too lazy to look it up), but their choice of director really took the buzz away from it for me..we shall see.
Mountains of Madness was nice to see get picked back up...I'm thinking the risk, once again, was too high for that one. Sure, Cameron could afford to pay for that one out of pocket, but face it, with Del Toro onboard, it was going to get expensive. Tom Cruise? wtf..that guy would sink it on his bullshit antics alone..so the casting was way off out of the gate..it's still a cult status film anyway you look at it and they're looking for record breaking summer hits and a return on their money/marketing toys. I'm sure Mountain of Madness Happy Meals arent happening anytime soon.
