Yeah it does look like it's borrowing from the 300, but considering the fact that it's from the producers or 300 you could expect that.

Also, the film does look a little better than that of 300 visually.

Finally caught this flick -- I liked it

If you ignore all the anachronisms and accept the storyline's modification in the Greek mythos then you'll probably enjoy the flick. There are some really badass fight scenes, which are also surprisingly very gory

Yeah the film was pretty badass, I enjoyed for the most part.

I agree with Frights rating on 7/10....I must admit, it is no 300......

When I saw the trailers for it, I thought it looked like a a puddle of buzzard shit in a rusty bucket, but I watched it anyway and it was pretty sweet. Loved the head-bash-o-rama scene
