80'S Horror movie help. Please.

I only watched this(80s?) movie I'm asking help for once so bare with me. I believe it starts with a group of people heading to a house in the woods. I remember there are 2 or 3 gravestones in the yard. The evil in the house has the power to take over members of the group and make them kill each outher. Now this part I can't remember good but I think there was a horrable old lady ghost in the house as well.

Sorry but it's NOT Evil Dead one or two. Both great horror movies but not what I'm looking for. I remember the last part of the movie there is only one guy left (not Bruce Campbell) he gets out of the house but something comes out and pulls him back in.

Well if it ain't any of the Evil Deads, then is it Demon Wind? I'm just throwing it out there since it also bares some similarities from what I can remember.
