Scream 5

They're saying that it's a possibility of it happening, but it was already speculated during press for scream 4 that there was a screenplay written for it already, which is why I posted this because we all already know it's going to happen.

Other than that, I would like to see it, but in order for it to be a good viewing experience, it has to have these things to make for a good prequel:

Excess nudity(T&A of course)

Excess gore

Excess drug use

Better motives

More suspenseful

And to leave the rules alone, and come up with something new.

That is the only thing that would make SCREAM 5 or should I say SCR5AM or 5REAM work.

No such thing as excess. From what they said earlier with the disappointing box office returns a sequel isn't going to happen. Now this turn around with over seas box office. Well Craven has sold fans out long ago , and has become a money monger, so yes Virginia there will be a sequel

i enjoyed scream 4 enough, but where else can they go? oh well. That never stopped jason and freddy.

Not really to surprised. They are just doing the classic milk the franchise for all it is worth tact. I will probably watch both this and 4 when they come to dvd just for completeism sake.

That's pretty much what I do with franchises. It pisses me off that they milk them out just to get more bucks, but I feel I have to see them just to say I've completed the series. It gets old after awhile. :/

Yes, but for the simple fact that I liked how it made fun of all the remakes, ghost films, and such. Now that the have covered everything, including the cliches and things of horror films, then it's time for them to try something new. I have an idea, but I don't want to give it away, I was writing something with the idea that i had also.
