Since there's too many to list, i'll list the ones that make me squirm:

Fire extinguisher scene from irreversible

Big bob getting set alight tied to the tree in the hills have eyes (2006)

Any of those frickin scenes where the people get cut up real quick, then their body parts slide away and fall into a bloody squelchy mess, so resident evil the laser room scene, and ghost ship the beginning where the wire breaks, took me years to get past that fear, but i nailed it now.

Being trapped underwater with someone trying to kill you from above, so carrie 2 with the pool cover, and valentine with the jacuzzi and drill come to mind.

Oh and the scene from deep blue sea, when that poor fuck gets his arm bit off, flown up in the helicopter, helicopter drops him, he is strapped in unable to move while he plunges into the ocean, and then gets smashed into the glass underwater staring at the guys inside, watching the glass slowly crack and break, then woooosh!

All of the kills in "The Prowler."
The sleeping bag kill in "Friday the 13th Part 7" and the homage to it in "Jason X."
The shotgun scene in "Maniac."
Most of the kills in "Intruder" - especially the meat cutter scene.
Glen's death in "A Nightmare on Elm Street" and Phillip's death (human marionette) in Part 3.
All of the kills in "High Tension."
First scene in "Ghost Ship."
Opening scene in "Suspiria."
