Well E3 starts June 7th so I figured I would start a thread to discuss the announcements and updates throughout the expo.

Some stuff I'm looking forward to hearing about: New Nintendo system, more 3DS games and updates, more stuff on Gears of War 3, more info on the next Metal Gear Solid, more PSP games on the PS3, and on the not likely but I hope happens catagory: the next Xbox, and a new God of War for PS3

RE6 would be badass, I want VF5FS from SEGA, but they hate their fan base

Not really interested in much of anything this year, games have been underwhelming as of late. Maybe something cool will be announced, instead of just sequels to existing games.

You guys mentioned most of the stuff i'm looking foward to hearing. Other stuff I want is news on Pikmin 3, WWE '12, and hopefully something on a new Smash Bros. since Nintendo is announcing a new system.

Me as well but have to settle on Operation Raccoon City as you know. I am looking forward too Gears of War 3 and Dead Island mostly.

Hoping so as well. Doubt Playstation won't say much except, "I'm sorry" and Xbox won't have any new tricks since Kinect came out. So, prob new Kinect games along with some Move stuff. Other than that, we're prob just going to get a bunch of sequels..

I don't care about anything Nintendo related. Main thing I'm hoping for is news on GTA V and RE6.

So which direction would you guys like to see RE6 go in?

I personally prefer the new action RE4/5 style. When they tested the waters with the old style, in RE5 Lost in Nightmares DLC, it was pretty bad.

I liked the style change for the series in RE4 also, and I was glad they kept it for RE5. I hope RE6 keeps it as well.

I like RE4 but I think RE5 is lame. RE5's story was pretty weak, and the final boss fight was WAY too easy for how long that fight had been built up in the series.

I don't expect a RE6 announce, they have to many spinoffs in development right now, maybe a year down the road. Personally id like to see them ditch the RE4 and RE5 controls and go over to dead space's controls, better shooting, walking, melee, better all around. Also id like a return to the traditional zombies the whole way around.
