This is the latest action flick from director Panna Rittikrai who many remember as the director for films like Born to Fight and Ong-Bak 2, and stunt coordinator and martial arts choreographer for films like Ong-Bak and The Protector. You'd think with an impressive background like that, we'd get a pretty solid flick. Unfortunately, aside from the action and some of the crazy stunts, there really isn't anything else here. As thin as you might've thought the other films hes worked with were as far as characters and storyline goes, this is by far the worst. There's absolutely no character development and there's barely even a story.

The plot is this -- a stunt team beats out a rival stunt team to get a chance to "go to Hollywood" but after a night of celebrating, they wake up in an abandoned housing area with little recollection of how they got there, until they start flashing back to the previous night (like a half-assed Hangover). Next thing they know it, they find themselves on some kind of gambling circuit where they must fight to the death and save their comrades against the rival stunt team, who all disguise themselves as brokeass ninjas.

Like I said above, the only thing worth watching in this flick are some of the fight scenes and stunts, but otherwise, it's pretty much a skipper. There's really no substance here at all to latch on to. Unless you're a fan of Panna Rittikrai or just want to shut your brain off and watch a lot of mindless fighting and jumping around I'd advise skipping this.
