SOME KIDS ARE AFRAID OF THEIR NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR.SHE IS A WOMAN I THINK IN HER 40S 50S WITH RED HAIR AND SHE HAS A BLACK CAT THAT HAS THE SOUL I THINK OF HER HUSBAND THE KIDS AT SOME POINT GET INTO HER HOUSE AND DISCOVER SHE WAS A WITCH....SOMEBODY HAS ANY IDEA...

i was i little off ...that lady is not on her 40s more like 80s and it was a girl not kids.....but i was like 7 years old when i saw it so ...again THANK YOU CHOPTOP2....
