Just saw Skyline.

[Prince of Horror]

So since this was on netflix's instant play, and I wanted to see what all the fuss was about about it being bad, I checked it out.

Besides one cool, and cheap looking, action sequence, the movie was shit. From the story, to the cheap looking special effects, to the cheap looking direction and cinematography, to the horrid acting. What in the hell were these people thinking when they created this dull film.

To only make matters worse, the film has a shit load a plot holes, and only focuses on seven of the most pointless and uninteresting characters that I have met.

This could have been so much better, considering that the Strause brothers directed this, I was expecting a little something out of it, since Alien vs Predetors:Requim was a decent watch, just very dark. There's talents show better in that film than they do here.

So I wouldn't waste my time with it, because you'll be confused as to what in the hell is going on. 4/10

A sequel was planned before the first one was even started. It's only in the development stages right now, so it may not happen for a while, if ever.

It's basically a display of what you're capable of if you sink $9,500,500.00 into your SFX budget and the remaining $500.00 into your casting and script writing.

I saw this in my Netflix the other day as well, and I still have no interest in watching it. Thought it looked absolutely horrible the first time I saw the trailer.

yeah it's not good! it was like a mish mash of so many other films and the story was cack as was the characters. I too thought sequel straight away but it's one i wont be watching!
