Need some serious help!

For ages that I'm searching for a movie and I can't find it. I don't recall many scenes but I'm going to describe some of the scenes and if you know which movie I'm talking about, please tell me.

I know that I saw it on the 90's but I guess that the movie could be from the 70's or 80's.

I may guess that one of the first scenes is something about witchcraft, people on a circle unleashing some kind of a demon, I guess.

Then, a group of kids go to a house on the mountain. There is zombies. Fog (and it's not "The Fog" I've tried it )

Some girl gets her head eaten by something that is hanging on the wall.

I know that when they are on the mountain the engines of there cars don't start, so they can't escape.

Please help me.
