looking for a movie i watched in the 90's most likely or possibly late 80's the only scene i recall i believe is the opening
segment.
Looks like a dungeon setting a creepy evil looking pale man is standing behind some
old prison bars with a metal cup. He is repeating the words "look at me."
He is speaking to a man that i believe is chained to a standing torture looking device.
The other man says no then repeats it more assertive and aggressively and refuse's
to look each time the creepy guy says look at me. It becomes very intense, then the guy that is screaming nooo!
at this point rips is eyes out because he doesnt want to look at this pale glazed eyed
stringy haired creepy guy. that is specifically all i recall. this was a long time ago
may be fuzzy on some descriptions thank you everyone
Another possibility is that the stringy haired creepy guy has some psychokinesis powers which controls the guy to rip his
eyes out just a possibility. thanks again for the effort
