Haha, boyfriend offered to take me opening day for my birthday. I just told him I wanted to see some reviews to make sure it isn't a total waste. But then again it could be payback for Warriors Way

Too many possession films lately. Would like to see them stir away from this subgenre if at all possibly. In this regards, I'll give it a rent but I'm not having high expectations.

Not many good Exorcism movies out there though..I can only think of Exorcist and Constantine really.

Unfortunately, very few good exorcism movies as you say. "The exorcist" and "The exorcism of Emily Rose" are my faves so far.

Well one should know by now that all the studios dump their shit-pile movies in the January time frame, this is no different. What looked promising to me ended up actually being a terrible, TERRIBLE, movie.

There is no description of anything I can even put here that any of you probably already do not know. Basically just take all the problems you think you would have with this movie and insert them into what would be my review of this film and there ya go. Stay away!

I thouight it was doing alright... had a few moments where it was creepy... but once it got to that shit ending, it ruined everything

For me it was drawn out a bit and quite dull in some areas. And yes the ending was horrible.

While that doesn't say anything yet, some critics calling this a possible candidate for the worst movie of the year is a bad sign. Other critic says that all the really freaky stuff happening in the movie were shown in the trailer already.

Darkgod is right, for the most part the movie isn't all that bad. But whatever you do enjoy of it evaporates instantly with the ending. Thinking about the movie today and discussing it with friends and co-workers, all my dislike for the movie stems from the ending.

I didn't mind the ending to Last Exorcism either. Seems like every write up I see is pissed off by the ending. I am half curious to see how bad it is.

I thought it was a bit silly ending, but I'm not part of its haters either. If Devil Inside's ending is actually worse though, then thats a pretty bad thing.

I don't like exorcism movies. They all end up the same way. This movie looks like the rest of them. I've passed on the last couple exorcism movies, and probably will on this one as well.

I was pleasently suprised by The Rite so I thought maybe I'd give this a shot cuz its true that most all exorcism flicks suck. But after every horrible thing ive heard I think I'll skip it.
