I'd be down for a Child's Play remake as long as Brad returns as the voice of Chucky - which I think he would, as long as the studios want him to. He seems pretty loyal to the genre.

I highly doubt there will be a sequel to Freddy vs. Jason, but if there is, it would have to be Robert Englund as Freddy and preferably Kane Hodder as Jason. The teenyboppers will flock to see the remakes, but the VS films aren't really up their alley. These are for the old-school fans. I would love to see a part 2, but, alas, it will never happen.

I'll pass on both. Didn't care for the F13th remake and I never really liked the Child's Play series. I always thought the concept of a killer doll in a horror movie was kind of dumb even when I was a kid.

funny how we don't get a f13 sequal. Something that if nothing else makes sense financially but they make a prequal to Texas Chainsaw Massacre that noone was asking for.

I saw Child's Play when I was a kid, and I found it scary. The sequels definitely became more comical, just like "Nightmare on Elm street", but the first was good. Of course I know that nothing will every allow me to feel that same fear again. But a remake should be able to be made in a dark and scary way.
I'm curious about the loyalty to the original actor who played Jason. He wears a mask, and never speaks. So why does it matter so much who plays him? Not judging, just curious.
What did everyone think about Jason X? I thought it was funny and violent.

I enjoyed the F13th redo but could care less about Child's Play.

I'd be down for a F-13th sequel, if Jared P came back...and they put a nudity clause in his contract. Seriously, the remake was GOD AWFUL--and probably the only film in the series I've only seen once, but damn...I could sit through pretty much anything for that boy. Is that kinda shallow?

I'm all in favour of a Childs Play reboot, as far as another Jason film goes I couldn't give two shits. I often revisit the eighties Friday films out of a sense of nostalgia but only 1 & 6 were any good.
