Help! cant remember name of this orpanage movie :(

Hey..

some years ago i saw a great horror movie, but i cant remember the name of it. unforturnatly i dont remember much about it.

It is about a woman who moves into a big old house (i think it is like an orpanage, and i think she moves in to work there). Soon wird things start to happening in the house. later i think she finds a graveyard outside the house. in the end of the movie she discorvers a secret passage (in the bathroom i think) leading to a room which have ben used to conduct expiriment on the children who used to live at the orpanage.

hope you can help me.. have ben looking for this for a long time.!

the difference between the two movies is that in "the orpanage" you follow a familly and in the movie im looking for, the head actress (a girl) travels without a husband to the old orpanage.
