What up UHMers. I came across this trailer and for all those who like ghost flicks it looks kind of promising. Just curious what you guys think of this trailer?!

Plot:

During the final days at the Yankee Pedlar Inn, two employees determined to reveal the hotel's haunted past begin to experience disturbing events as old guests check in for a stay.

I'm not a fan of ghost movies, but this one doesn't look that bad. The only reason I don't like ghost movies is they're normally very predictable.
I also want to know why the woman would be bleeding from the mouth if she hung herself? Unless she's a cannibal ghost!

Saw this at London Frightfest. As with Ti West's previous work, the ending was certainly lacking. However, I really liked the two main characters on-screen chemistry. The direction was good and there were a couple of real scares in there. Definitely worth a watch.

watched it last night. Movies really slow for about an hour, but the characters are interesting so that helps the pace. Then comes the lackluster completely piece of crap horrible ending. Makes it a no watch. Movies got some good creepy moments but theres things you wanna know you never find out, and its got a crappy ending. Wait for it to hit netflix if u wanna watch it.

I also watched it yesterday -- thought it was alright. It's similar to Ti West's previous effort, House of the Devil, in the sense that not a lot happens and you question the lead character's sanity a bit. An improvement, but not by much. I liked it to some small extent though, but agreed about it being lackluster, especially towards the end when things FINALLY start happening. Should have a review soon.

If you can stay awake through the first hour then it's still got meh written all over it. It's dull city and the ending is pure guff.
