every chapter/movie ending since 3 seems like a game reset. Only after you reset this game it's a different story of the same game... It's like playing Castlevania till you die all your guys, resetting it and getting the start screen for Castlevania 2...sure you can play it and it has similar characters you tolerated, but fuck this shit.

I really liked the first movie, but each installment seems to get even more over the top than the next. If they pick up where this one leaves off, then the next movie should be the most over the top of all!

The series could go for a serious reboot. Drop Paul as writer/director and Milla will be gone as well. Keep it dark and closer to the source material, with lots of nice gore and minimal slow-mo and it could be a good flick and the start of a great movie franchise. All the material is there, its just the "talent" behind the filmmaking that keeps ruining the films. Though, the biggest problem is the studio doesn't see these movies as failures since they STILL make bank at the BO, especially worldwide

I agree that a reboot would and could be an awesome thing, but I think they should give it ten years or so to distance itself from these movies. I know they only did a Spiderman reboot because of legal rights issues, but it was just too damn soon.

I watched this last night, I knew it would be bad but wow this is a whole new level of stupid. They manage to throw in Leon Kennedy and Barry (from the first one) but its stupid how Anderson got them in there. Tons of random shit just happens for no reason. These movies have wen't from making very little since to making none at all. Just acrobatic fight scenes and bringing back random people for random things just to get their face in there.

Where were Chris and Claire Redfield? Dunno, noone bothered to mention that. Guess there was to much pew pew splosions going on to throw in any kind of story whatsoever. Oh and Ada Wong may have dressed the part but that was it, she didn't act the part well at all. The chick that played Jill Valentine was laughably horrible, and it was to be continued AGAIN! when will this shit ever end.

WOW, lots of bad reviews here but i finally got around to watching and i really enjoyed it. each to their own i guess. some of the fight scenes were pretty cool and i liked the inclusion of old characters, thoroughly enjoyed it

Finally saw this last night. Hey I was up late and it was on Starz. Is this really a movie or just action sequences thrown together for the hell of it? What a horrible movie. My last three viewings were pure shit, Jug Face, Come Out and Play, now this. I'm due for something decent at least.
