Michael Bay doing a Ninja Turtles Reboot...and ruining it

Reading up on this I didn't even know they were just going to call it "Ninja Turtles". Really!? Excuse me but it is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. If you have a problem with that you shouldn't be touching this in the first place.

We've got more from the set of the Michael Bay produced TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES reboot. Unfortunately it isn't more pictures of Megan Fox's goods. I know, I know.

One of the, well many of, the villains were spotted on set. I'm not going to say 100% that it's the Foot Clan but I'm going to say I'm 99.9% sure. Just look at them! It took me a minute but the masks looked quite familiar. Anyone else see this? We also have a look at the actors in their CGI gear. Notice they each have the colors of the turtles on the actors that play them. Wondering what the end result is going to look like.

CGI for a movie like this was inevitable.

Also go back and look at the suits from the third film compared to the first film. They looked terrible.

There is no way to get the action down with bulky turtle costumes that they can manage using CGI. I'm not a fan of CGI for simple effects like blood splatter...etc. But for movies such as this if it is done right it will be rock solid. I'm not sold on this movie being good or being faithful to TMNT yet though. I do have some hope though now.

Yellow leather is all you'll get.

Kinda unfortunate, I think Bay is going to build/hype this movie around Megan, which would be a mistake since most people don't find her credible whatsoever as an actress. He can't be that stupid to do such a thing. Then again the first 3 transformers were built around a kid, his hot girlfriend, and a car so who knows. Turtles will make bank on namesake alone even though I think its a dead franchise with no real fresh stories to tell.

William Fichtner has been added to the cast and it is said he is someone from the TMNT world, aka a known character. Of course most people are screamin shredder cuz they don't know anything about TMNT and assume its the only character he could be cuz shredder is the only one they know. It's pretty obvious to me he's gonna be Baxter Stockman. Please god if that's true let him turn into the fly monster he becomes.

Whoever is Shredder (if he is in it, nobody really knows I guess), I hope he is more bad ass than he was in the first movie. Dude was a pushover with a very anti-climactic battle.

I've heard that the Shredder has become Colonel Schrader... A military man and possibly Gringo. So Fichtner might go that route.
