Yeah...........I own it , I liked it.....but that's me
First time my knife touched skin
And the red blood started flowing so quick I just couldn't quit
Kept stabbing until everything that I seen was red
The pillow, the blankets, the walls, and even the bed
One color dominating everything like contemporary art
Am I the killer or artist with bloody heart?
Then I curled into a ball in the corner of the room
Feeling like a creep in the light of the moon

I have yet to see it, but it is on Netflix instant watch at the moment. One of my friends said it was awesome and over-the-top gory. However ... she also liked The Happening, so I take her film advice with a grain of salt. I still plan on checking it out at some point. I hear there are a few cringe-worthy scenes.

What's the gore like in this? From the trailer the movie looks decent enough

The gore is good, but overall the movie is mediocre.
